My experience with One Main Financial was poor customer service, misleading and deceptive and false advertising on the internet regarding applying for a loan online after it states" Congratulations! Veronica. You are preapproved up to $5,000.00 for an unsecured loan. Do not go to this place and do not apply on One Main website. If you have one income that is under the debt ratio you will not be approved at all. Deceitful company and advertises falsely.
My experience at this place was the worst ever. The branch manager was so unprofessional. She was very loud and yelling out people personal information across the office floor. She had a very nasty attitude and would not let me get a word in. She talked down to me and was very rude. I would not ever suggest this location or onemain financial to anybody I know. I told all my co-worker, family, friends, church members, clients, and parents at my kids school to never go to this place to apply. It was the worst thing I ever experienced. Onemain has defiantly lost my trust. The lady that sits in the back of the office to the left, made my first time experience here a nightmare. I feel so sorry for the other team members that work in that office. For them to have to come to work everyday and be subject to such poor and unprofessional leadership.
Said they would give me a loan, and than did not give me the loan and did not give me a explanation or call. Unprofessional.
Had a good experience I was pre approved came in the following day and received my money. I make my payments online is very easy. Staff is courteous and professional.
