Received great assistance with a water heater replacement
Just move in to a spot not to far I had over $500 of product on 2 carts got to the cashier for her to tell my wife an I $1400+. Half the stuff was marked wrong and even in the wrong slot we took pictures and was told we had to pay the highest price because one wasn't marked at all. Left cart went to Lowes

Half the staff is nice and the other staff has no clue what the heck is going on, let alone what tools or advice to give. Half the time nobody is around to help or once you search somebody down, they aren't from that section and just get angry they have to help a customer.
Their customer service could improve, However the place is huge and they get alot of customers coming in so be prepared to find it yourself, Check your items for any damages including if you get liquid that does not like human skin, Almost all of their paint remover in this store location always has loose caps for some odd reason, Paint shop has a nice crew and know what they are doing!
