The nurses, techs, doctors, dietary, transportation, and housekeeping staff were professional and always provided the best of care.
On September 11, 2017, I was unexpectedly admitted to Northwest Hospital. From the time I was brought into the emergency room until I was discharged three days later, I received outstanding care.
Had to go to emergency late in the night to get an xray. Couldn't wait till morning for patient first. By the time I leave for my home, patient first is open, birds chirping, sun has risen. Wasted whole night waiting for my xray result. If you have an emergency call 911 or go somewhere else even if its far away or if things can wait like in my case, hold off till morning and visit urgent care facility which will have you in and out in no time. Very disappointed. Never going to do this mistake again.
They lie, the medical tech was stink, this place is extremely deplorable. I don’t know who is in charge here but they need to be imprisoned, for crimes against society and abuse and many other crimes.
My experience at Northwest Hospital was phenomenal. The ED staffs were very cordial and knowledgeable. They were prompt into addressing my concerns and they treated the patient without delay. The price of the drugs sold in the hospital's pharmacy are very reasonable.
I was admitted after surgery. The nurses and the drs have been great. The one nurse went out of her way to keep me calm. I asked the nurse if there was a place to get a sprite and she asked if I would like her to go to cafeteria and get one for me. So when she got off work she went looking for one for me
The room is dirty, the staff is not hospitable, I really can’t believe the individuals who are employed here could fail so miserably at providing care, to fail this miserably is to fail at being human it’s an absolute disgrace this hospital, I hope you never have to suffer and need medical attention from this place Ok because if you do, suffering is what you’ll be doing.
I really think this may be one of the worst hospitals in the world. I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to come here several times under several circumstances, there were times I needed medical attention or others I came with needed medical attention and I have to be honest and say the experiences have been nothing short of horrible.
