What is wrong with you people! It's obvious that you care nothing about your customers or facility. You fired the only manager that actually made a difference. For years Randallstown was dirty and unkept. Garbage on the ground and in the buildings. You went and fired Jillian who made a difference and put that sourpuss in her place. Correction he can never take her place because I will be leaving. I became accustomed to professional and courteous service that has again been lacking since YOU FIRED HER! You people are horrible. This is how you repay people that contributed to making your business successful. 5 years 5 different managers. Many thought that you finally got it right. And you did. Until you fired Jillian. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! You happy now, the place is back to looking how it was before she got there. I am disgusted.
I am part of a whole group of auction goers and it is nothing to be at 5-7 of the facilities in a day, today I was at Liberty rd and they are the friendliest and most willing to help bunch of people. Keep up the great work guys!!
The customer service at this place is top notch. Everything is explained so well by the staff. The place is also kept very clean which gives a good sense that the company actually cares about your property since they care about their own. Like they say, if people cannot take care of their own, how are they going to care of others? Overall, this is a very nice storage facility.
