Terrific job and friendly employees! Needed to replace our thermostat and the technician was at our house within a couple hours. He wore shoe covers to not track dirt through the house, was precise in his measurements, and cleanup up the work site when finished. Highly recommend!

I called today, with a simple request, to put in a shut off valve right behind the gas dryer ( because one wasn't there and it should be). I know they cannot say things over the phone about pricing because SO much can be different in each unique situation when you get there and look at the job. Because my job was small and clear cut ( I used to be in a plumbing family for decades in the past) ...I asked for a general ball park subject to change based on anything weird when they got here. Plus I live 1/2 mile from their shop. lived in my house for three years and had no idea they were there! Anyway, I'm an informed client, and their ball park was very fair. So far I can attest to their prices looking reasonable:), which I was impressed with right off the bat.
