this is the most hopeless location and should be shut down.Two pay checks cashed ,and others not seen and accidental mail location at different boxes.This is not welcomed.I need to personally sue this location and i mean it,
This staff at this post office is the worst.
Told me I could wait 15 min. for the manager to come back. At this point I don't have a choice.
I've always hated this place the people here are so God damn rude it don't make no sense. I just recently went here early in the morning and the lady was extremely nice and she was extremely helpful. Even though it took 15 minutes after ringing that little doorbell for somebody to come and help me. But I'm still giving it one stars because that was literally the only time that someone was actually nice every other time I went here good customer service did not exist

And they wonder why customers curse them out.

Mail get delivered to wrong address
Called post office and was informed that my package WAS there and I could come and get it.
Packages constantly missing
Tracked 2 packages and the last update for 1 stated out for delivery on June 1st. It's now June 5 and its still says out 4 delivery.
This place is horrible staff is rude lazy and slow.. The mail carriers are rude always on the phone.. they throw your packages with out even getting out.. They are always delivering mail to the wrong address... Stuff is always damaged.. and don't ever try to call and complain the line is busy 24-7 ... Horrible Horrible Horrible Ghetto trash!!!
Arrived at post office and the Lazy clerk refused to look for my package.

Have dealt with this garbage Post office for 10 years. No mail delivered for a day or two. Then use lies like "gated community", "animal inference", "weather or natural disaster". Packages left in the road near mailbox, carrier beeping horn until someome comes out to carry a "heavy" package from vehicle. Amazingly the excuses only happen for Friday and Saturday deliveries. Postmaster hours are 730 - 1600 M-F but somehow is always busy or not in that day to take a compliant. If you are lazy and want to collext a paycheck for not doing your job, apply here.
