The service that i received matches the name. This place is truly Exclusive. The staff was very professional. Everyone was so nice. even with ought me being their customer. They said hello or smiled. Had Such a great Time. As soon as i came in i was greeted with a smile. The energy was so great. Its nice to see so many happy people working there. I bought a 2015 Audi Q7. Love the car. By far the best car buying experience i ever had. From sales with Tim to finance with John. It seems like i was greeted by everyone who worked there. All the managers one by one came up and thanked me for stopping in. very nice and clean place. To top it off they had 2 lounge areas. I never seen that in a car dealership before. Bringing my daughter back next week so she can have the same experience i did.
I bought my car last month and promised i would do a review so here it goes. Waited a day to receive a call from them. Which put a bad taste in my mouth. When i finally received the call from Lakisha, she was so sweet and nice. She set my appointment up. Once i made it in i was dealing with Timothy. He was my sales man. Very cool down to earth funny guy. He made the process very smooth and listened to everything i told him. Even helped me with finding the right insurance. Don't remember the finance guys name but he broke everything down and made it very clear on what was being done. Overall a very good experience. Read some of the other reviews and was very surprised to see some one stars ratings. I don't see how that could be the case when i had such an amazing experience. regardless of those reviews i would recommend anyone to buy a car here. Very good team work
As someone who is not from this country. I was very concerned that I was going to be taken advantage of. As well as that i am a women from a different country. I didn't know what i was going to get myself into. Thankfully i was relived as soon as i found out that the owner was from Nigeria. To top it off the manager Muna Is from my home country Zambia. So it was very nice that i could relate to someone at Exclusive. At this point i was so thankful and relived. Long story short I left a very happy customer. They took very good care of me. If your not from the USA and were worried like i was. This is the place to go. Very diverse company with an amazing Staff.
