I don't know how to feel about this particular Marshalls. When they do stock up they have a lot of great things and for the most part the customer service is great. But they definitely need to hire more people it's no way I should be waiting in line for damn near 20 minutes too checkout. But it's like when I do go there a lot of times they don't have anything for toddler boys it's like their selection is so small. I do love the layaway and the purses
I went to Marshalls today to get a jacket. Three of the same jackets were priced 59. 64 and 79. The cashier was told not to sell me the $79 jacket for a sale price because it wasn't time to place it on sale. $59 and $64 was the first and second week. She said if I come back next week I could get the sale price. Stupidity all three of the same jackets different prices. SALE lost
I love Marshalls and love spending the little discount coupons they send with your statement but whenever I go into this one in particular I feel like I am being watched and followed but the associates that work there. Either they need more people or more security cameras. They watch and follow me right up until I reach the register :(. I love Marshalls but every single time I go there the same thing happens. I stopped going there so much because of this.
