No self checkout, lines are absurdly slow and long. Waited in line 15 minutes in the "speedy check out" with my 4 items. Shelves typically only have 1 of each item.
The Randallstown location sucks! They are also out of stock and there's always a line. There's not enough employees working. In spite of this, it's one of the busiest locations. If it were located in Columbia or another location, wouldn't there be self-check out? Inquiring minds want to know.
Everything in one spot. Food and household. Most of the lines are open. They been moving a lot faster. Always good prices and friendly cashiers. Some need to on knowing information about the area they are in.
Location is decent and the employees and customers are friendly though.
I called this Walmart trying to get customer service today 12/10/2017 and the phone rang for five minutes then disconnected. I called back and Lawn and Garden answered, I requested customer service they transferred and I was disconnected after several rings. I called back and Sporting Goods answered, I requested customer service they transferred and I was disconnected after several rings. I called back someone answered and just said hello like they were answering their home phone, I requested customer service they transferred and I was disconnected after several rings. I know that these stores get very busy during the holidays but under no circumstances should a customer have to call their neighborhood store five times and the phone call never get to the correct department or the phone call not be answered at all. This is ridiculous and this store is a joke so I called Eldersburg and was transferred immediately to customer service and all my questions were answered.
All depends on the Walmart you're shopping at. I love the super Walmart for the most part its easier to find what you want and in my experience staff is a little more courteous. But I do have a problem with not enough registers open in all of them. When it's crowded they all should be open or willing to open more when people in line have to be in the merchandise. Also cashiers need to follow what their line says, meaning if its a limit line they shouldn't wait on people with more than the limit. You can tell if its a 20 item limit and they have 30-40 items.
